The international conference 'Novel trends in rheology IV', July 27 – 28, 2011, is organized by Centre of Polymer Systems, Polymer Centre, Tomas Bata University in Zlín in cooperation with the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) and Czech Group of Rheology. The meeting will capture recent development in areas of experimental and theoretical rheology, non-Newtonian fluid mechanics, applied rheology for advanced polymer processing with specific attention to polymeric nanofibers production.

All conference lectures will be given by the invited and carefully selected speakers in order to guarantee a very high level of presentations and scientific papers. The poster submission will be opened for all participants.

All submitted papers will be carefully reviewed. Only the papers passed successfully through the reviewer processes will be considered for publication in the Conference Proceedings book.

The conference book will be published under the American Institute of Physics (AIP). The printed conference book and its online version will have the Volume number in the AIP Conference Proceedings Series, ISSN and ISBN. Paper abstracts will be incorporated into leading databases of scientific & engineering literature and thus, all proceedings papers become integral parts of the technical literature. The papers from the previous Novel trends in rheology III conference book (2009) have been abstracted on the Web of Science/Conference Proceedings Citation Index by Thomson Reuters.

The conference will be hosted at the Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Zlín, Czech Republic.
